Size, shape and site
Size, features and site conditions are the three biggest levers on any quote. A gently rolling lot can take multi-level decking and a negative edge; a flat one usually won't need either.
How it's built
We build custom gunite in-ground pools — poured and shaped to your design rather than dropped in as a stock shell, which is what makes a one-off shape possible in the first place.
Features
Integrated spas, tanning ledges, sun shelves and baja steps, waterfalls, fire bowls and integrated lighting packages each add to the build — and each is a line you can keep or cut once you see it costed.
Decking and landscaping
Decking, hardscaping and the planting that frames the pool are a real share of most projects, and the material you pick moves the number as much as the square footage does.
Equipment and automation
Heating, lighting, cleaning and water-chemistry automation you run from your phone. We're a Pentair-certified installer, so the equipment package is specified, not guessed at.

How long does pool construction take?+
From signed contract to pool-ready is typically 6–8 weeks, weather and permits permitting. We manage the entire permitting process as part of our standard service, with no surprise fees, and you get a real schedule with the quote.
Do you build in my county?+

Is financing available?+
Yes. Custom pools, spas, outdoor kitchens, landscaping, hardscaping, and full backyard renovations can all be financed through our lending partners. Checking your options is typically a soft inquiry and won't impact your credit score — a hard inquiry only happens if you move forward with a full application. Financing is through a third-party partner and subject to credit approval.
Do I see a design before I commit to anything?+
Yes — we design in 3D before anything is built. You get a photorealistic rendering of your actual yard and precise, itemized pricing to go with it, so there are no surprises once the work starts.
